I was one of the first students at this course in winter 2019-2020. I started the course without having basic skills in web development.

ServiceNow presentation at the beginning helps to understand the value of the platform and the usage of applications. Practical tasks at the end of each topic were good, though I’d add more dev components like Business rules or ACLs. A schedule was flexible, a group could even ask to change the lesson time. A teacher answered my questions between the lessons.

At the end of the course, I got an offer. 2 of 8 students in my group started working in Teiva Systems as ServiceNow specialists.
